Welcome to Ivy House Farm. Gina and Tom Hall offer B & B in their historic farmhouse in the beautiful South Northamptonshire countryside.

Ivy House Farm is a working small-holding and a comfortable retreat.  Part of the small Hamlet of West Farndon, the house itself dates back to the replica watches uk sixteenth century, with many fine period features and some fascinating history of its own.

Ivy House Farm is a great base for some fabulous local attractions. These include:

· Canons Ashby House just a couple of miles away, once the home of the family of poet John Dryden, whose uncle lived here at Ivy House Farm in the seventeenth century.

· Sulgrave Manor is also very local, home of the ancestors of George Washington

· Upton House with its fabulous collection of paintings and beautiful garden.

· Charlecote Park, a fascinating house and part of a great Shakespeare day out – he is believed to have poached a deer in the park land.

· Stratford upon Avon is about 40 minutes away, with its many attractions and theatres.

For a Royal experience Althorp and Blenheim Palace are both only half an hour away, and there are castles at Warwick and Kenilworth. Oxford and London are within easy reach, Bicester Village (wonderfully tempting retail park with designer stores and gorgeous things!) is about 40 minutes away, there are great theatres at Milton Keynes and Northampton.
